Our organic gardening project is underway and we have many colorful garden photos showing the fruits of our labor. As you can see in our garden photos we've been blessed with a bounty of garden fresh vegetables and delicious greens.
Garlic
Garlic is a year long crop. The Avalon's planted the garlic that is now in the garden last fall and it should be ready for harvest soon. One variety of garlic in our organic garden has produced flowers on top, much like our walking onions. We plan to replant these as part of next year's garlic crop.
